Mediation & Arbitration
Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith mediation in Morristown, New Jersey with a mutually agreed mediator.

If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days (or longer if agreed), the dispute shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Morris County, New Jersey, and costs will be shared equally. Each party will bear its own legal expenses.
